Belt Alignment Sensors And Misalignment Switches
Electro-sensors belt alignment sensors are mounted along the conveyor belt that needs to be monitored for misalignment. The rub block assemblies are mounted so that the brass surface area is in-line with the edge of the conveyor belt. When the belt wanders it then rubs up against the brass block. The contact with the belt creates friction and heat that the sensor in the brass block records as a rise in temperature.

Since the construction of this fixture creates one turn around the toroid (with no magnetic flux leakage), the need of winding a wire around the toroid is unnecessary. When the E4991A/4291B with option 002 is used as the measurement instrument, direct readouts of complex permeability are possible. The SMX-2002 is the only switch module in its class with the ability to switch up to 16A. High Voltage Switching Systems
HXV Series
HXV products are high voltage systems intened for Hi-pot / IR or High voltage switching. They can be configured to drive from 32 to 128 switch points per chassis and can be configured as multiplexer (1xN) or Matrix (NxM) configurations. Stand HXV chassis are used for signals up to 5000 VAC rms ( 7400 V peak ) and can carry up to 5 amps of current. Custom systems can be built up to 25KV. Most of the modules used in these systems are 1xN multiplexers or 2x4 matrix modules that can be combined to form larger multiplexers or matrices. Connector options for standard HXV include 5 way banaba jacks / binding posts, Shrouded Banana Jacks or SHV ( High voltage BNC) if you need to use a high voltage cable with a grounded shield for safety applications. Control options include 10/100BaseT Ethernet LAN, RS232, GPIB or optional manual control. Standard HXV systems use high voltage reed relays. Custom HXV systems up to 25KV use application specific relays and connectors from a variety of vendors based on required specifications.
