RNA oligonucleotides from cells and viruses can be amplified for detection using the methods of Reverse Transcription and Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). In a first step, a complementary strand of DNA (cDNA) is synthesized using a primer and reverse transcriptase. The cDNA is then amplified using standard PCR techniques. This can be accomplished by taking an aliquot from the reverse transcription reaction and adding a DNA-dependent DNA polymerase (e.g. Taq) and other reagents and then doing PCR. That method is commonly called "Two-step RT-PCR", or "Two-tube RT-PCR". Alternatively, all reagents, including both enzymes and gene-specific primers can be included in a single tube in order to do both reverse trancription and PCR without the need to open the tube between those reactions. That method is commonly called "One-Step RT-PCR" or "One-Tube RT-PCR". Both methods can include primers for a single target or for multiple targets (i.e. multiplex RT-PCR).

To make sure the USB PD Type-C output power does not supply invalid voltage or poor power output characteristics with excessive noise that can damage the power consuming device and cause unsuccessful startup, each USB PD power supply or module has to be fully tested during production to ensure the product features meet the design specifications. This ensures high-quality products are provided to the market to gain acceptance.

The PCI-1800/1802 (L/H) is a family of high performance data acquisition board with 5V PCI bus. The PCI-1800/1802LU/HU card has a universal PCI interface supporting both 3.3 V and 5 V PCI bus. All the members in the PCI-1800 family have the same architecture; they feature a continuous A/D acquisition function of up to 330 kHz for low gain (44 kHz for high gain) under DOS and offer two 12-bit D/A output channels, 16 digital input channels and 16 digital output channels. The fuels used in boilers, such as coal, heavy oil and natural gas, contains S. during the combustion process, S and O₂ form SO₂, and a small amount of SO₂ is converted into SO₃ under catalysis of Fe₂O₃, V₂O₅ and other catalysts. Under normal circumstances, the volume of SO₃ in the boiler flue gas is 1×10-6～50×10-6, and the water vapor is about 10%. When the temperature of the flue gas is below 200°C, SO₃ and the water vapor are completely combined into H₂SO₄ vapor. A small amount of H₂SO4 vapor will significantly increases the acid dew point. When the surface temperature of the boiler heat exchange equipment is lower than the flue gas acid dew point, the H₂SO₄ vapor will condense on the surface to become sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of about 80%, which will adhere to the surface of the heat exchanger and cause acid corrosion. Typical equipment that is prone to corrosion includes air preheaters, induced draft fans and flue walls.
