The Signet 2850 Conductivity/Resistivity Sensor Electronics are available in various configurations for maximum installation flexibility. The universal mount version is for pipe, wall, or tank mounting and enables single or dual (digital versions only) inputs using any standard Signet Conductivity/Resistivity sensor. The threaded j-box version can be used with these same Signet sensors for submersible sensor mounting. It is also available as a combined integral system configuration for in-line mounting and includes a conductivity electrode in a choice of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0, 10.0 or 20.0 cm-1 cell constants. The 2850 is ideal for applications with a conductivity range of 0.055 to 400,000 S or a resistivity range of 18.2 M to 10 k.

Upgraded "bare" versions of our probes for space-saving installation into oil (or SF6) tanks are now available. These probes are similar to the VD series probes with somewhat lower accuracy at a somewhat lower cost. When installing these probes some information about the surrounding areas is required. The length of a VD-120 bare probe (120 kV) is 0.35 m. These units are threaded and can therefore be stacked into higher voltage units. The VD-60 and VD-120 are offered at 60 kV and 120 kV respectively. The bare probes are now available for use in air, but only at 60 and 1120 kV sizes.

The analyzer is suitable for direct field installation (NEMA 4X) in hazardous area (Class I, Division 2). The optical fiber sensor platform allows small inline sensors to be installed into sample tubing lines (1/4”), flow cells using NPT fittings, or directly into tanks or process lines using our retractable “hot tap” sensor design. BOS optical oxygen sensors are impervious to typical O2 poisons (H2S) and interferences (combustibles, magnetic, CO2 and H2) with high accuracy and long-term stability measurements without the need for complex or advanced sample conditioning systems. These coaxial dust caps are used for protective purposes, both from the environment & contaminants. Note: SMA, 2.92, 3.5mm dust caps are the same, as the threads are the same.
