Up to 14 GHz PXI Vector Signal Analyzer - The PXIe‑5665 is a modular, three‑stage superheterodyne analyzer that you can use as either a spectrum analyzer or vector signal analyzer. It supports RF list mode, which increases multiband measurement speed with fast and deterministic changes in configuration. In addition, you can use the PXIe‑5665 with the Modulation Toolkit to analyze custom and standard modulation formats. The 40-877A-102 (PXI) and 42-877A-102 (PXIe) are 50Ω 2x2 RF matrices with 2 banks in a single slot. Loop-thru connections are provided on both the X and Y axis allowing the attachment of terminations for unused signals or for expansion to other matrices. Larger matrices are easily built with varied X and Y dimensions, such as 8x2 and 4x4 using multiple 40/42-877A modules. The module has low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost.
