Enhanced UV Light Source
Model 30E
The Model 30E Enhanced UV Lightsource is highly efficient and may be utilized in a variety of applications. Light is collected by an ellipsoidal reflector and focused on an integrating/condensing lens array to produce uniform illumination at the exposure plane. This UV light source is available in various beam sizes up to 24 inches square with output spectra ranging from 220 nm to 450 nm, using the appropriate lamp (included). Output power ranges from 200 watts to 5 kilowatts. All OAI UV Lightsources are easily equipped with quick-change filter assemblies, enabling the user to customize the output spectrum with little effort. Optional remote exhaust fans are available.

The Keysight 10770A Angular Interferometer is a high accuracy plane mirror interferometer ideal for use in precision calibration applications. Used with the 10771A Angular Reflector in an 5530 Laser Calibration System, the interferometer measures pitch and yaw motions along each axis that a machine tool or measuring machine travels. The system can help quickly locate and evaluate unwanted angular motion.

The C-Track dual-camera sensor is a complete portable 3D measurement solution that offers probing inspection and dynamic measurement capabilities. It is fitted with high-quality optics and special lighting, enabling it to measure all reflectors within its operating space. The probing stylus is very useful for aligning parts with respect to a referential (calculated using a group of reflectors), which allows movement or deformation monitoring directly on the part's referential.

The Keysight 10775A combines a straightness interferometer and reflector to provide measurements over a range of 1 to 30 meters (3 ft to 100 ft). The optics form a highly-accurate optical straightedge that can measure the straightness of travel of machine-tool and measuring-machine coordinate motions with a resolution of 0.1 micrometer (10 microinch).

High Stability Plane Mirror Interferometer

The Keysight 10706B High Stability Plane Mirror Interferometer is a dual pass interferometer used for multiple axis applications such as X-Y stages where the measurement mirror may move perpendicular to the measurement axis. This thermally stable optic, an exact functional replacement for the 10706A Plane Mirror Interferometer, reduces thermal measurement drift to 1/12 the value typically achieved by conventional plane mirror interferometers. The unique contribution of the 10706B is its tolerance of angular misalignment of the plane mirror reflector. The 10706A can accept a range of measurement mirror angular alignment changes.

Solar Simulation
Sciencetech solar simulators produce high intensity, uniform illumination on a target area. Typically, high power solar simulators use an ellipsoidal reflector to capture light from an arc lamp source inside the reflector, an arrangement that results in a light pattern with a bright outer region and a dark center. This non-uniformity is un- acceptable in many solar simulator applications and as a result, forces many of our solar simulator competitors to use designs involving diffusers to reduce the non-uniformity. This results in a reduction of intensity and a dis- tortion of the spectrum on the target area.

UV Intensity Meters & Visible Intensity Meter for Light Curing Systems. Dymax UV and visible radiometers are simple to operate and allow operators to monitor and document a UV/Visible light curing process. A low UV/Visible intensity measurement signals an operator to replace the bulb, reflector, or lightguide. Radiometers can also be used to confirm that operators are properly shielded from UV/Visible exposure. Degradation of curing bulbs, lightguides, and reflectors can decrease intensity, resulting in incomplete cures.
