Model 4026 Freq to Voltage or Freq to Current Converter accepts frequency input from any magnetic speed sensor, digital magnetic pickup or Hall effect zero speed sensors. Input and output configurations are field selectable. Input range is adjustable between 1100 Hz - 10 kHz or 75Hz to 1100 Hz. Output selection can be configured as 4-20mA converter, 10-50mA converter, 0-5 V FTV converter or 0-10 V FTV converter. Our advanced, rugged, industrial-grade, RS232 / RS485 / RS422 serial to multi-drop fiber optic converters are designed to cover large areas. These converters support up to 255 fiber nodes, and each fiber node can extend the RS232 / RS422 / RS485's distance to 3 miles (5km) for multi-mode converters and cables, or 25 miles (40km) for single-mode converters and cables. Depending on the site situation, these multi-drop fiber optic converters can be configured as a daisy-chain or a self-healing redundant ring fiber network. When configured as a ring fiber network, the built-in self-healing feature allows the data to be transmitted clockwise or counterclockwise; therefore, failure of any individual converter will not affect other devices located on the same fiber ring, making the entire data network more robust and reliable. These multi-drop fiber optic converters have been designed for harsh industrial environments and withstand a wide temperature of -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C), and they come with the options of multi-mode and single-mode, and ST, SC, and FC connectors.

These converters have been designed to convert the transition times of instruments with fixed, fast transition times, to slower, fixed transition-times (150 ps, 250 ps, 500 ps, 1 ns, 2 ns); hence reducing the signal bandwidth. All transition-times are between 10% and 90% of amplitude.The design of these converters ensures very low signal reflection far beyond the 3 dB point. Reducing the signal transition-times also increases the overall pulse-performance for overshoot/reflection sensitive applications. The Keysight S95083B measurement software includes the scalar mixer / converter plus phase (SMC+Phase) measurement class. It provides fully calibrated conversion gain / loss, relative phase, and absolute group delay measurements of mixers and converters without the need for reference or calibration mixers. Eliminating the calibration mixer requires a U9391C / F / G comb generator and an external DC power supply. A vector mixer characterization (VMC) is also included for measuring group delay of frequency-converting devices. VMC can be used to characterize a user-supplied calibration mixer.
