The dedicated Current Sensors measure from 100 pA level dynamic current up to 10 A with a maximum of 200 MHz bandwidth. The mainframe acquires the signal from the sensors by a maximum of 1 GSa/s sampling speed and 14-bit and 16-bit wide dynamic range. This combination allows you to measure quite wide range of dynamic current, for example, from standby/sleep state to active state, at a single measurement. In addition, the wide bandwidth and the high speed acquisition enable you to measure high speed pulse response even less than 100 ns previously very difficult with existing instruments.

The LC-8120/8220 is the GPS-based speedometers which measure speed and distance of moving objects with high accuracy. Support for GLONASS satellite which is not supported in the conventional model (LC-8100A/8200A) to ensure stable measurement. Antenna for LC-8220 (LC-0721) is smaller and lighter than the conventional antenna for LC-8200A (LC-0086) and it enables easy operation. The new antenna (LC-0721) is able to attach to the conventional unit of LC-8200(A) for measurement. The linearity of acceleration and angular speed are improved by using the standard IMU (inertial measurement unit) together with the optional high accuracy IMU. This is a PXI signal insertion and monitor matrix with switched pass thru connections on both X and Y axis. It is also availablein a 16x4 format and can be used for signal insertion and monitoring purposes on connections between the UUT and test system. Each pass thru connection from LX to X can be open or closed to allow the programmatic disconnection of the signal to check the response of the UUT. The matrix can be used to connect test equipment, such as a DMM or scope, to monitor the pass thru signals via Y connections while the LY connections can be used to insert a fault condition or insert external signals. When external signals are injected the LX connections can be opened and the LY connections closed.
