Our DSP-based designs offer very high function density, high resolution and accuracy, and low power consumption. Standard features include extensive diagnostics, Background Built-In-Test (BIT), auto-ranging of signal inputs, self-calibration, galvanic isolation, and field programmable parameters. A VISA PNP Software Support Kit (SSK) is provided to facilitate application development.

This 50 module receiver is rugged and designed to accommodate high I/O. With high contact point availability, the 9050 receiver is suited for larger test and measurement systems. The top tier accommodates VXI instruments and accepts VPC's interconnect adapters with the bottom tier for discrete wiring.

9050 VXI - 50 Module Solution for VXI cards
The 9050 VXI Solution is designed for use with VPC's pre-wired interconnect adapters on the top tier and discrete wiring modules on the bottom tier. The receiver opens downward via hinges to give the user access to the instruments in the rack. A microswitch, which comes standard, allows for shut off any power going through the system before removing the ITA. Using a plug and play plate or a flange kit allows for easy mounting of the receiver to any 19” rack system.

The VDSP31 is a VXI based, multi-channel data acquisition system and digital servo control module. The VDSP31 offers a complete solution for high performance closed loop applications. The VDSP31 has been designed to solve specific problems related to the control of hydraulic actuators. Signal conditioning modules can be combined on a per channel basis to configure the VDSP31 for load or displacement feedback.

VXI 12-Channel, 3-Wire LVDT/RVDT Simulation

NAI’s 65DL2 is a 12-channel, 3-wire, LVDT/RVDT Simulation Instrument on a VXI board. This single-slot, message-based board features up to 12 stimulus channels of 3-wire LVDT/RVDT, wraparound self-test, and onboard programmable excitation supply. The board is uniquely versatile, as each excitation input and output voltage is programmable. In addition, each channel can be programmed to be controlled by an external DC voltage. A replacement for the 5410C-83, the 65DL2 is ideally suited for defense, commercial aerospace, and industrial applications.

Input detection modules, output driver modules and proto board modules allow custom systems for almost any application. LEDs on the front panel show switch and power status. A thumbwheel manual control is optional.
