The Model 8515-D is a medium-energy, high voltage, and capacitor discharge type ringing demagnetizer capable of desaturating Ceramic and Rare Earth magnetic materials. The Model 8515-D is easily adapted to a wide range of production and laboratory demagnetizing requirements. A modern solid-state electronic control circuit, coupled with a rugged, heavy-duty discharge SCR and fixture, make this demagnetizer a highly reliable, low maintenance unit. The electronic voltage control circuit prevents the Model 8515-D from being discharged before the preset energy level has been reached, avoiding incomplete magnet desaturation. An easy to read front panel meter monitors the capacitor voltage. The energy storage level can be easily changed in the field. Integral electrical interlock and fail-safe circuitry provide a high degree of operator safety.

Services include mechanical cycling to a position or load, fatigue cycling to a fixed load, rotational torque cycling, and simple push/pull cycling. EA can design your fixture with electro-dynamic, air, or hydraulic assistance to mechanically move your part. Higher density more complex circuit boards complicate testing requirements while smaller more tightly spaced test pads create a wiring challenge for the fixture fabricators, test engineers and maintenance personnel. Wireless fixtures solve the challenges associated with the nest of wires found in standard long wire fixtures. Wireless fixtures replace the “nest” of wires with copper traces on a multilayered printed circuit board called a Translator Board or T-Board®. Circuit Check’s wireless fixture technologies reduce test program debug and maintenance times while easing the ECO process. Thus allowing for the higher level of test performance, the ability to probe smaller denser targets and achieve ultra-high node counts.

This NAV test fixture is specific to the requirements for testing Becker Avionics NAV, RMI and RMU products. The panel incorporates specific functionality required for testing these Becker products by the book including special requirements for the RMU 5000 and the IN 3300 series of nav indicators. This BAEE NAV test fixture also facilitates resolver alignment and discrete meter testing through the PG 3300 interface connector. The RM 3300 portion of the panel tests the Becker RMI indicators and allows for sourcing the composite signal from the paired radio or from an external generator. The DME channeling outputs are monitored with discrete LED's as well as the ILS, V/LOC, Glideslope and NAV TEST valids. Discrete test jacks are provided for all the meters and the resolver of the NAV indicator and a dimming source is also provided. When testing the RMU 5000 computer access is through a dedicated connector.
