Burn-in or Rapid Temperature Cycling Chamber

The Bemco KDL series is designed for production testing of electronic circuit boards and completed electronic systems. They accept Bemco KDLC Carts that have a working area of 42 wide by 60 high by 48 deep suspended on insulated runners and casters 11 inches above the test area floor.

Gas Distribution Panels
PTS DII
PTS DII Gas Distribution Panels are similar to our PAO-DII Fluid Distribution Panels. They are designed to individually distribute, monitor, and protect one or more of your valuable products from the higher than required flow of a larger PTS, Portable Temperature Servo Conditioner or HPG, High Pressure Gas Conditioner. You can also use PTS-DII Gas Distribution panels with any other source of temperature controlled gas, including a competitor's air or gas source.

High Capacity, Mechanically Refrigerated Temperature Chambers
FHC Series
The Bemco FHC Series of high capacity, mechanically refrigerated temperature chambers are designed for rapid temperature cycling, environmental stress screening (ESS), and for handling large thermal loads. Available in both Wide Range, (-73 C to 177 C or -100 F to +350 F) and Narrow Range (-35 C to + 177 C or -31 F to + 350 F) these systems include very large, efficient, and modern cooling and heating systems to allow rapid temperature transitions.

Thermal Enclosures
LDP
Bemco LDP Thermal Enclosures are always custom. They are environmental enclosures constructed using the techniques normally employed with Bemco's LDF Series of Wide Range Expendable Refrigerant, FL-I Series of Integral Walk-in, and FL-M Series of Modular Walk-in Chambers. The LDP enclosure illustrated at left has hinged stainless steel doors, with the protective paper still in place, and hinged sides to allow full interior access.

Double Embossed Shrouds
BE-DE
Bemcoil-DE (double embossed) is made from roll and continuous welded 18 gauge 304 stainless steel sheet. Each tube passage is almost equivalent to a 7/8 inch OD tube. It is available in three finishes. A number 2B (semi-reflective) finish on the inside face and a number 4 (polished unidirectional) finish on the outside surface, specified when one side of the shroud is to be painted with black epoxy.

Salt Spray and Fog Chamber

Bemco's Standard SS30 Salt Spray and Fog chamber meets all standard military, commercial, and ASTM salt fog corrosion and humidity corrosion tests. The SS30 is currently in redesign to incorporate a clear - see through top with the same advanced features of the previous fiberglass system. This chamber has a workspace of 48-inches wide by 36-inches high by 30-inches deep.

High Pressure Gas Conditioners
HPG
Bemco HPG, High Pressure Gas Conditioners are similar to the PTS Portable Temperature Conditioners except they are designed for continuous operation at up to two atmospheres (29.4 psia) of pressure. This higher base operating pressure doubles the gas density per cfm of circulating air or gaseous nitrogen allowing the use of smaller connecting tubes while also increasing thermal capability. .

Glass Door Humidity Chambers

The Bemco FW30, mechanically cooled, Glass Door Humidity Chamber has a temperature range of -18 C to +94 C (0 F to 200 F) and a humidity range of up to 5% RH to 95% RH. This chamber features dry air injection and a direct humidity sensor. It operates without dewpoint limit from 5% RH to 95% RH over the range of 30 C to 85 C and even allows operation at 20% RH at 5 C and 50% RH at -14 C!
