We developed the BK2020B as an upgrade to our BK2020 to test the electrical specifications (RPM, current, drop pulse, start up voltage) of your cylindrical or coin type vibration units. You can also test vibration level, noise, isolation resistance, and the DC resistance. The DUT power supply and all measurement components are self contained, so external devices aren't needed and the tester uses DSP, making it capable of fast, highly accurate and reliable measurements. The BK2020B is very versatile. It can be set up as a stand alone machine, or used with a PC and software for access to more information, and to save the data for analysis. Either version is great on the product line but you may also use it for QA, QC and development.

The BaKo Type BK8020 ECM Noise Under RF Test System tests microphones under RF noise, using a ‘Direct Injection Test’ in the frequency range of 5MHz~2.5GHz with an amplitude modulated (AM) disturbance signal of 1kHz. You run the system using the controlling PC, which allows automatic configuration and which runs the test sequence automatically. When you finish testing, you can print data as an MS Excel report or save it for comparison and analysis.

The BK2021 50 Channel Linear Vibration Motor Aging Test System was designed to test your linear vibration motors so you know they are working. Load a jig drawer in the jig assembly unit with 10 DUT's. Close the drawer to start testing and begin loading the next of the 5 drawers. When the machine has finished running up to 4 test sequences that you've programmed in, the drawer opens. On the front, a green light tells you the motor is good, a red light tells you there was a short and if there is no light you know there was an open circuit.
