LabRAM Soleil Nano offers unprecedented capabilities for direct co-localized AFM-Raman and photoluminescence measurements. AFM imaging modes (topographic, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and Raman acquisition can be performed either sequentially or simultaneously at the same location of the sample surface.
