The model 90323 Peak Track Instrument is a general-purpose sensor readout device designed to complement our AutoID line of load cells and torque sensors. AutoID is a term that indicates that the calibration information for a sensor is stored on a chip inside the sensor’s connector. AutoID allows true “plug and play” operation without manual calibration procedures of any kind. The unit is also equipped with a 2-line alpha-numeric display and single button operation for simplicity.

PMAC 3000 Process Monitor and Control instrument

The PMAC 3000 is a multi-functional Process Monitor and Control instrument, designed to operate with Sensor Developments Inc. Auto-ID sensors. Model 90424 has been enhanced to support quadrature encoders. This functionality is supported via Auto-ID and third party sensor programming. For easy verification, the encoder version will show the extension “E” when the software version number is displayed at power up.

Sensor Products: Weld Force Gage
90061
Model 90061 is a self-contained, portable measurement system which allows auditing of the pinch force generated between the electrodes of resistance spot welders. Resistance welding uses a pair of electrodes to clamp two base metals firmly together prior to and during application of electrical current. Poorly clamped parts result in a defective joint. A correctly clamped assembly aids in reducing the resistance in the joint and allows the current flow to properly heat the base metals to weld the part.

Digital FM Telemetry

The 90332 digital FM telemetry systems is designed to be used with full-bridge, strain gage sensors. The system features a miniature transmitter powered by a simple 9V battery, and a remote receiver capability of receiving the digital transmission over long distances. The digital technique eliminates many of the problems associated with traditional analog frequency modulated telemetry systems. Improvements with a digital technique include elimination of ripple, temperature drift characteristics, and higher signal resolution.

The strain gage based reaction torque sensors in the bench-mount housing remain stationary while torque is applied. The housing dis-assembles by removing two snap pins, allowing the user to easily change socket sizes and capacities.

Compact Low Profile Load Cell
1000 Series
Compact Low Profile load cells are fully stainless steel, hermetically sealed load cells with a multi-beam internal structure, and fully integrated electronics to provide high level analog or digital outputs. This type of load cell is easy to use for measuring tension or compression loads from 200N (50lb) to 5kN (1000 lb), and is capable of rejecting side forces that would otherwise affect accuracy. This type also offers the user the ability to set the gain and offset (span and zero) electronically, to provide maximum flexibility for the user application.

A patented, precision, solid state motion sensor consisting of a sensing head (encoder) and a master control panel and enclosure, the Mark II features a digital tachometer and a two-set point system. Use of a dual set point system, properly set, assures warning of a potential problem, allowing corrective action before damage can occur, and providing total shutdown if the problem is not corrected.
