NSI-MI's linear positioners range from portable single-axis floor slides to multi-axis 28.0 m ( 98.8 ft) x 12.0 m (39.3 ft) precision XY positioners. Linear position repeatability better than ±0.02 mm (0.0007 in.) and planarity better than 0.025 mm (0.0009 in.) RMS is offered in select models.
