The TTU-205 Series are rugged, self-contained flightline test systems which can be used to accurately simulate in flight pressure conditions. This is done by precisely controlling and measuring Altitude and Airspeed pressure to aircraft’s pitot static system. The TTU-205 can be used to test, certify, calibrate, and troubleshoot aircraft pitot-static systems or associated pneumatic flight control systems. The dual channel operation allows operators to perform dynamic, qualitative calibration and leak test for "on ground" simulation of altitude and airspeed pressures. The C-17 Pitot Static Breakout Box is a derivative of TestVonics™ Line Switching Unit (LSU) Series. The assembly includes a multi-port distribution unit which provides 4 Pitot and 8 Static outputs from one channel of Pitot and Static controlled pressure. The LSU distributes pitot static supplies for the external services and connection of hose assemblies for testing of aircraft Pitot and Static ports for the C-17. The lightweight unit is housed in a highly durable and easy to maneuver case. Additionally, four (4) 30ft Pitot Hoses, eight (8) 30ft Static hoses, and two hose storage bags are included with the assembly.
