The CD16 Miniature Carrier Demodulator is designed to deliver a 0 to 5 Vdc output from a variable reluctance transducer and operate from unregulated 9 to 55 Vdc power. A square wave excitation of 5 kHz is furnished to the transducer and the solid state integrated circuit amplifier and demodulator converts the transducer signal to an analog dc output. Zero and Span adjustments are made through access holes in the case.

The AP10, Absolute Pressure Sensor, is designed for low and medium pressure measurements, to laboratory accuracy, of corrosive liquids and gases. In typical AC excited bridge circuits, this transducer delivers a full-scale output of 40 mV per volt at 3kHz. The unit operates with carrier systems including the Validyne CD15 sine wave carrier demodulator and CD16 miniature DC input DC output carrier demodulator to produce a high level analog DC output suitable for recording and control.

The Validyne SU63 is an AC inductive speed pick-up used for RPM measurement on high-speed rotating equipment. The SU63 is a tightly-wound coil with a laminated core that can be conveniently mounted on rotating equipment so that the magnetic field of a magnetized nut or part passes through the coil windings. The moving magnetic field produces a voltage within the coil proportional to its rate of change and the strength of the permanent magnetized part. The frequency of this inductive voltage spike is fed into an oscilloscope or counter to determine RPM.

The CD23 and CD223 Digital Transducer Indicators are designed for use with variable reluctance and differential transformer transducers. The CD23 accepts input from a single transducer, and the CD223 accepts two switch-selectable inputs, with Zero and Span controls for each input. The indicators provide 5 Vrms, 5 kHz carrier excitation voltage to the transducer(s) and solid state circuitry to amplify, demodulate and filter the transducer output signals. A 3 1/2 digit front panel display is standard, with a 4 1/2 digit display optionally available.

No external signal conditioning is required.The USB2251 includes a connector panel for sensor cables, calibration constants for each sensor , configuration and data acquisition software. The USB2251 produces a floating-point value for all readings, directly in engineering units.The USB2251 can record pressure readings up to 5000 samples per second. Combined with the fast response of the Validyne VR pressure sensors, the USB2251 is ideal for transient pressure studies. The Validyne model SI314 is a network interface that connects our model P61 USB pressure Transducer to your smart phone or network web browser. The SI314 supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections and will display current pressure readings and transducer status on any web browser or via smart phone. The SI314 also displays the transducer temperature, date of calibration, model and serial numbers and these can be viewed wirelessly or by Ethernet connection. The SI314 makes your P61 accessible from anywhere in the world. Data logging of pressure data is configured via a web browser or smart phone and readings may be stored once per minute to once per hour. A thumb drive or memory card collects the data in comma separated file format(csv) for download to your computer. The data may also be accessed via the network. A graph of the data is also generated on request. A Twitter function allows pressure data to be tweeted from the SI314 at user-defined intervals. The transducer zero and span calibration adjustments are password protected and operated via browser buttons. No potentiometer adjustments are required to calibrate the P61 transducer. Digital Display for the Transducers and Transmitters

The PS57 is a combination power supply and 4 1/2 digit LED display for the P55/P855 family of pressure transducers and transmitters. The PS57 accepts 110 VAC power and provides the required 24 Vdc excitation for the transducer. The transducer signal is received and displayed directly in engineering units with bright 0.56 high red LEDs. The user can re-scale the display and set the decimal point by configuring internal jumpers. The analog output of the transducer, 5 Vdc or 4-20 mA, is available on rear-panel terminals.
