While we offer many off the shelf products in board level, we can also offer customized versions with different connections and features in reasonable minimum quantities (starting as low as 25 pcs per order for some products). Each of the four selectable inputs may be individually mirrored horizontally, vertically or both. Mirroring on both axes is the same as rotating the image 180 degrees. The PG314 units will overlay the pattern or patterns on top of the video signal provided to the input of the device. While the PG311 can be factory programmed with only one unique pattern, the PG314 can hold up to four patterns and switch between them.

The CBG830 color bar and test signal generators will produce a quality, high definition full field color bar signal compatible with the digital HDMI and DVI-D interfaces. The CBG830 is designed to provide an accurate and affordable signal source for easy testing of displays, cables and systems.The CBG830 will generate a full field color bar signal with eight vertical bars, white through black. This signal is available in a variety of resolutions and refresh rates. TheCBG830 will usually fit in a toolbox with ease and even fit into a pocket. There is also a rack mount kit available as well. Power is provided by a regulated 5VDC source and a small wall plug power module is included with the packaged CBG830 but not with board level products. The CBG830 will have a switch array to select the video standard.

The ENC400B is an RGB to NTSC video and S-Video encoder designed for industrial video applications. The ENC400B is especially useful for recording the signal from one of the new generation cameras that do not produce NTSC video or S-Video signals. The color subcarrier is locked to the horizontal frequency using advanced phase locked loop techniques. High signal bandwidth is maintained on both the composite and S-Video outputs. Video Distribution Amplifiers (sometimes called a video splitter – not to be confused with a video split screen controller such as our PXD510E split screen controller) are typically used for connecting a camera or other video source to several monitors that do not have “looping” inputs. In this situation, each monitor has a permanent 75 ohm termination. With two non-looping monitors connected together, the line would be double loaded and result in a dim picture on each monitor. Using a Video Distribution Amplifier will solve this problem by driving each monitor individually at 100%.
