The 40-662 range of 16 Amp PXI power multiplexer modules is available in seven configurations ranging from 4-off 2:1 multiplexers to 1-off 16:1 multiplexer. All versions are suitable for switching loads up to 16 Amp at 250VAC. The 40-667 is a high current multiplexer available in dual 3-channel or single 6-channel configurations occupying two slots of PXI chassis. Each multiplexer switch uses a fully isolated solid state relay which has been designed to offer fast operation under hot switching conditions and high inrush current with no operational life degradation. Each multiplexer channel can support 30A of continuous current and switch up to 40V signals. The switches can sustain inrush currents in excess of 120A. AC or DC signals can be switched since the switch is polarity insensitive.

Each bank is a 1 to 5 multiplexer and operates with break-before-make action when a new channel is selected. Any Individual multiplexer bank can have a channel set by itself, alternatively, multiple banks can have channels selected simultaneously.
