50 kS/s/channel, Bridge Analog Input, 4-Channel C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module - The NI‑9237 includes all the signal conditioning required to power and measure up to four bridge-based sensors simultaneously. The module provides strain or load measurements with zero interchannel phase delay. It also has 60 VDC isolation and 1,000 Vrms transient isolation, providing high‑common‑mode noise rejection and increased safety. You can program the NI‑9237 for use with half-bridge and full-bridge sensors with built-in excitation. The four RJ50 jacks provide direct connectivity to most torque or load cells and offer custom cable solutions with minimal tools.

Model 7651 extensometers measure combined in-plane strains in flat cruciform specimens tested in machines capable of simultaneous X and Y (perpendicular) axial loading and on standard flat samples tested in pure tension. All models are capable of bi-directional displacement in both axes and may be used for strain-controlled fatigue testing under fully reversed load and strain conditions at frequencies up to 10 Hz.All 7651 models mount rigidly on the load frame and incorporate slide mounting to bring the extensometer into contact with the specimen. The gauge length is set automatically before mounting on the test specimen, which allows for hot mounting after thermal equilibrium has been reached.These units are specifically designed to eliminate crosstalk between axes and to provide high accuracy, high resolution measurements. They incorporate capacitive sensors for low operating force and include electronics with programmable filtering and multi-point linearization for improved performance and accuracy. The overall design minimizes, and in many cases virtually eliminates, any influence from common lab environment vibrations.These water-cooled extensometers are equipped with high purity alumina rods with conical rod tips for specimen contact when testing to 1200℃(2200°F). The MINI-MAX, Ultrasonic Bolt Tension Monitor, defines the state of the art in the measurement of the actual elongation produced by tightening a threaded fastener. The MINI-MAX can measure the elongation very accurately in fasteners of virtually any material from 1/2 inch to 4 feet in length. The measurement is achieved by determining the change in the transit time, of an ultrasonic shock wave along the length of the fastener as the fastener is tightened by any method. The on-board microcomputer automatically interprets this time measurement to display the time(nanoseconds), elongation, load, stress, or %strain from stretching a fastener. Through the use of high speed digital signal processing and automated diagnostics, the MINI-MAX minimizes the requirement for extensive operator training.
