The HV200/5 is a high-precision HV-amplifier designed for the control of tube scanners. It takes three input voltages In X, In Y and In Z (-10 V to + 10 V), amplifies them separately (input gain switches: x1, x2, x5, x10, x20) and adds an offset voltage between -10 V and +10 V. In a 2nd stage, the signal is amplified by a factor of 20. This enables its use as HV amplifier in scanning image acquisition applications, such as STM or AFM, with the capability to shift the scan range in high resolution imaging.

The Model 5241 is a voltage-controlled power amplifier designed exclusively for Magtrol's Model HD-825 Hysteresis Dynamometer. Because of its double braking system, the HD-825 requires more than 4 amps of power in order to reach full torque. The 5241 (which can provide up to 5 amps of output current) is necessary in order to amplify the power between a 6200 or DSP6001 Controller (which both have a maximum current output of 1 amp) and the HD-825 Dynamometer.

The Model 104-IDIO-16 is a 32-channel PC/104 utility board featuring 16 optically isolated inputs and 16 optically isolated solid state outputs. The isolated, non polarized inputs may be driven by either DC sources of 3-31V (or higher by special order) or AC sources at frequencies of 40Hz to 10KHz. Optically isolating the digital inputs from each other, and from the computer, assures smooth, error-free data transmission in noisy, real-world environments. The 16 input channels are available via a 34-pin IDC type header. The fully protected solid state outputs, capable of sourcing 2A each, are inherently more reliable than electromechanical relays and give system architects a more robust product to design with. Fairview Microwave’s solid state GaN (Gallium Nitride) power amplifiers (also called SSPAs) feature broad frequency bands ranging from 30 MHz to 7.5 GHz and very high gain levels from 43 to 60 dB. These GaN SSPAs also show impressive harmonic response (-15 to -20 dBc) under worst case conditions. Saturated output power levels range from 10W to 100W with 20% to 35% Power Added Efficiency (PAE). All of our high power solid state GaN amplifiers from Fairview have internally regulated single voltage supplies. Our GaN SSPAs are designed to withstand environmental conditions such as humidity, altitude, shock and vibration with an operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C.
