Drop-In Functional Test Fixtures
Circuit Check’s drop-in base fixture and replaceable personalized plates are the ideal solution where production volumes are lower and the need to change from one fixture and test program to another occurs quickly. Interchangeable test fixture drop-ins enable the same test system to be quickly reconfigured with different tooling and probe patterns for different products. Collins Radar Fixture with Gyro Simulator

This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated. The shock and vibration fixture model BW-SV-3X3X3 is designed to accept up to 24 each of the TO-3 packages on each of the 6 axes and mount to the vibration shaker model BW-100C and Shock Tester model BW-E5000. The fixture is made of white derlin and measures 3”x3”x3”and weighs approximately 13 ounces. The fixture includes a white derlin cube with a 2 ¼” bolt circle and 4 10-32 x 3” cap screws.

The TA-6055A is a Mach Airspeed Test Fixture built to support the testing and repair of the 2082 and 2083 series of Servoed Mach Airspeed Indicators (SMASI) used in some Boeing aircraft. These mach airspeeds are synchro driven and require a coarse and fine input for altitude and a third input for airspeed. This test fixture was designed around the test procedure and is interfaced with our TA-1001 panel which provides for two of the synchro sources and two Angle Position Indicators (API).

Becker NAV/RMU/RMI/OBS Test Fixture

This NAV test fixture is specific to the requirements for testing Becker Avionics NAV, RMI and RMU products. The panel incorporates specific functionality required for testing these Becker products by the book including special requirements for the RMU 5000 and the IN 3300 series of nav indicators. This BAEE NAV test fixture also facilitates resolver alignment and discrete meter testing through the PG 3300 interface connector. The RM 3300 portion of the panel tests the Becker RMI indicators and allows for sourcing the composite signal from the paired radio or from an external generator. The DME channeling outputs are monitored with discrete LED's as well as the ILS, V/LOC, Glideslope and NAV TEST valids. Discrete test jacks are provided for all the meters and the resolver of the NAV indicator and a dimming source is also provided. When testing the RMU 5000 computer access is through a dedicated connector.
