Programmable Resistor Module
The 40-230-322-HI (PXI) and 42-230-322-HI (PXIe) are programmable resistor modules with 2 channels which can be set between 3Ω and 1.81kΩ with 0.5Ω resolution with maximum voltage of 1.2kV. The 40/42-230 range provides a simple solution for applications requiring voltage handling up to 1kV (9-pin D-type connector) or 1.2kV (22-pin REDEL connector).

The Pickering Interfaces 40-331/332 High Voltage Power Multiplexer and Matrix Modules are suitable for applications requiring high voltage power relay switching with high density. They feature current handling up to 5A, 1000VDC/1000VDC peak cold switching and 110VDC/250VAC hot switching. The 40-331 is available as a single 24:1, dual 12:1, quad 6:1, hex 4:1, octal 3:1 or twelve 2:1 multiplexer, and the 40-332 is available in 12x2 or 6x4 matrix configurations. Connections are made via a front panel mounted 37 pin high voltage D-Type connector.

Development of a 12-way test and programming adapter from Toptest for ?? The Dash ?? from Bragi, a wireless, intelligent earphone with communication and sensor technology. With the first version of the test adapter, only a purely sequential testing was possible due to the interdependencies of the tests. In version 3.0, the now autonomous tests were brought into a parallel TestStand sequence. In addition, individual sockets were prioritized in order to optimally use the hardware resources. This resulted in a time advantage of 80% compared to the initial situation.
