These phase shifters utilize varactor diodes to produce the necessary phase requirements. Phase of the 180 and 360 degree designs are available, and phase can be controlled with a DC voltage 0-20 Vdc. Modulation of these phase shifters is typically 100 kHz, and maximum input power is +5 dBm.A wide variety of package styles are available, such as plug-in, flatpack, TO-cans, and connectorized housings, though the most popular are the miniature surface mount packages.
