Carrousel measures the dynamic vibration properties of coated or non-coated materials. The method is based on the classic "Oberst" procedure where Autoneum has improved both the measurement procedure itself and the mathematical model used to evaluate the results. The Carrousel software automatically calculates the damping loss factor at various conditions and temperatures as well as controlling both the Carrousel apparatus and the all-important temperature when measuring in a temperature chamber.

Furthermore, evaluation versions of the file system emFile, graphics library emWin, emUSB Host & Device, and TCP/IP stack embOS/IP (including web server demo) enable full use of the available emPower peripherals. emPower also features a J-Link OB, an on-board version of SEGGER's market-leading debug probe J-Link, which includes drag & drop programming and COM-Port support. There are three expansion interfaces to easily connect additional modules. Each connector provides I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO/timer, analog input and power. A display adapter connector enables the connection of small TFT displays. The emPower board is powered by USB only. Current consumption drawn strongly depends on the application and connected peripherals. Idle consumption is approx. 85 mA.

The measurement method measures the magnetic field strength in the vehicle. Within the frequency range of 10Hz-400kHz, the electromagnetic field measurement results should meet the requirements of the public limit of electromagnetic exposure in GB8702-2014.

Sinusoidal Target Arrays have been recognized as a superior test method for a variety of applications, from moiré contouring to reliable MTF Evaluation of materials, lenses, cameras, and electro-optical systems (Follow the hyperlink to learn about using Sinusoids for MTF eval). Sinusoidal Pattern Arrays are manufactured on two different materials for both reflective and transmissive applications. Because of the inherent limitations of reflective materials, the maximum spatial frequency of the reflective pattern arrays is limited to 20 cycles per mm, while the transmission film arrays are offered in various sizes up to 256 cycles per mm. In addition, the sinusoidal arrays are available in a Single Frequency Grating or with Multi-Frequency Gratings. Once the repair has been received, and purchase order issued, a Test and Evaluation report is sent to the end user fully describing our findings and the proposed repair.Following live ejections, Teledyne will download and prepare a post ejection report for any of our ejection seat sequencers AT NO COST to the end user. This report will document the data stored in the flash memory of the unit. The data will be a representation of what the sequencer recorded. However, Teledyne is unable to give any opinions or technical advice on the operation of the seat system.
