ECM P/N 5033 provides eight channels of RS485 / RS422 I/O. The 110 ohm termination for each channel is enabled or disabled in software. Disabling termination saves power by eliminating unneeded or redundant termination. Speeds of up to 20 Mega bits per second are possible, but this design also features a 250K bits per second slower edge rate mode. The 250K bit mode is valuable when EMI is more of a concern and throughput is not important. All channels power up as inputs with the outputs disabled.

The TDSM Series are low cost absolute encoders consisting of a size 11 electromagnetic transducer and a 2.6 x 3.1 x .6 conversion module. The outputs available are 12 to 16 bit binary format representing 0 to 359.99 degrees of absolute shaft angle input. The transducer reference supply is also included in the module which is designed for printed circuit mounting. The R&S®TS8996 RSE test system is designed for EMI and radiated spurious emission testing on wireless devices in semi-anechoic or fully anechoic chambers. The modular design makes it easy to extend the system to include new communications technologies. Typical devices under test include mobile phones or radio sets along with radiated measurements of other short-range devices. Standards require a wide range of test setups and a wide and high frequency range (up to 40 GHz). ESW or FSW frequency ranges are extended up to 325 GHz with option B21 using receive units TC-RSE for 5G FR2. Dedicated RSE test routines are also covered for this frequency range.
