Power Limiters
Keysight's power limiters provide the best broadband input protection from excess RF power, DC transients and ESD, for a variety of RF and microwave instruments and components. For example, the input circuitry of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, frequency counters or amplifiers can be protected from unintentional inputs up to 5 watts average power. At even greater power levels, failure mode for the limiter is either an open circuit or a short circuit to ground, thereby protecting the instrument from damage.

The 40-754 is a 50Ω High Density RF switch available with 17 or 9 SPDT relays in a single PXI module. The 40-754 is available with two connector options; an SMB connector that provides a frequency range of 1.2GHz (useable to 1.8GHz) occupying two PXI slots, or an MS-M RF multiway connector which limits the bandwidth to 500MHz but offers a high density solution occupying one PXI slot. Intelligent 16 Bit Data Acquisition
CPCI-AD16
The CPCI-AD16 module provides a 3U high performance data acquisition subsystem. The Local DSP can be used to simply move data samples to the CPCI bus or can provide processing functions such as limit checking, FFT’s, digitalfiltering, etc. Application software can be downloaded to the DSP via the CPCI interface. Instrumentation amplifiers provide over-voltage protection, gain and filtering on a per channel basis. Internal scan and trigger clocks are derived from either the CPCI bus clock or the local DSP clock. Dual 32 bit timers can programmed to pace the acquisition process. The CPCI-AD16 can also accept external scan and trigger signals from a front panel connector.
