MT-1A digital portable magnetic flaw detector, adopts large capacity lithium battery power supply. DC is exchanged into AC by the inverter and the phase shifted signal processor to provide power for the detector, it solves the shortcomings of traditional magnetic particle detector relying on the 220V power supply. The EVd-40 Power Tester is a pre- and post-reconditioning tool for quality control of aftermarket HEV & EV battery production. The equipment integrates a “smart” charger (Sorensen XG 1700 or Kepco KLN 1500W) with NuVant Systems high power discharge electronics. The "power test" discharges battery packs at high power (10,000 watts), while tracking module voltages. The software monitors up to 40 module voltages at a time, identifying any weak modules. The "smart" charger performs charging constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV) and complex mixed mode constant current – constant voltage (CCCV) charging protocols at voltages up to 600 V. This enables recharge of any type of rechargeable battery.

Measurement results are displayed on a touchscreen monitor and can be printed/plotted or simply uploaded electronically for historical tracking. Vertical part orientation does away with the need for sag correction, while also minimizing the gage’s footprint on the shop floor. The adjustable tailstock accommodates multiple part lengths. Parts are rotated for a full 360-degree analysis of each feature.

WOM™ employs the use of three axes each of gyroscopes, accelerometers, and magnetometers to track both slow and fast movements of weapons in real-time.
