Optimized for sensing up to 24V inputs, the 8004H PCI digital I/O interface provides 16 optically isolated inputs and 16 Reed relay outputs. The inputs protect the computer equipment from spikes and ground loop current that can be generated in industrial environments, while the outputs provide high quality, long-life, low-current (10 Watt maximum), dry contact switch closures. The relays are normally open, and close when energized.

The GX3904 is an 8-port, cPCI asynchronous communications interface board supporting (4) RS232 and (4) RS422 signal levels. The four RS232 ports offer a full set of data and modem control lines configured for DTE operation. The four RS422 ports offer differential signaling and support DTE operation. Each RS422 differential pair is terminated by a 150 parallel resistor. An optional transition cable is available to convert the front panel SCSI connector to (8) DB-9, D-sub connectors.
