ESRF-ESF is one of the few gas flow sensors featuring bidirectional gas flow sensing of up to ±300 ln/min with a total error band of < 1.25% RD. ESRF-ESF gas flow sensors provide calibrated and temperature compensated output on an SPI, I2C bus or analog output making them plug & play for direct interfacing to low voltage MCUs and systems. The user is provided with a multitude of interface and output options so that the right sensor configuration can be selected based on the specific requirements for each application.

EZ-View Flow Meters
Hedland EZ-View flow meters provide a lower cost alternative to standard Hedland flow meters. Made from high-impact thermoplastics like polysulfone and Radel, these variable area meters (rotameters) contain a minimum number of moving parts, offering a reliable, trouble-free flow rate indicator. The HFM-200/HFC-202 is Teledyne Hastings' flexible, general purpose series of mass flow meters and controllers. Featuring reliability and stability, the 200 Series is chosen by OEM's for its very stable performance with varying ambient conditions. A wide choice of elastomer seals make this flow controller compatible with most gases.The HFM-200 / HFC-202 meters and controllers have flow ranges from 0-10 sccm to flows of 0-25 slm; provide analog outputs, are constructed of stainless steel and have normally closed valves. The full scale range is specified by the end user. A NIST traceable calibration certificate is standard. Many corrosive gases and pressures up to 1000 psig are easily measured. Cleaning for oxygen service is available.
