TIM Tester
The Analysis Tech TIM Tester 1300 is an automated test system for measurement of thermal impedance and conductivity on thin, thermally conductive materials of the type frequently used for electronic packaging, as well as a wide variety of flexible or rigid solids and semi-liquid or viscous materials. Generally, the TIM Tester 1300 can accommodate samples with high-to-medium thermal conductivity with contact pressures ranging from 10 to 550 psi (70-3800 kpa) and at sample temperature ranging from 15C to 70C.

The Laplace Harmonics and Flicker analyser provides the user with a complete system for testing product compliance with IEC61000-3-2 and IEC61000-3-3. Quick and easy to use, the built-in screen provides a clear pass/fail indication of compliance status, plus a full listing of results for each harmonic, in either tabular of bargraph format. The instrument is properly configured to cope with fluctuating harmonics. The Flicker mode provides proper measurement of short term and long term parameters, using algorithms specified in IEC61000-4-15. In addition, inrush current measurements can be automated such that the product under test can be automatically cycled on/off with user entered time profiles.

Measurement and Analytics Solutions
Based on our OTP² system platform, we were able to implement a family of scalable test systems which is based on a common systems architecture, e. g. for products in the area of chemical analytics measurement. We not only implemented a universal, extremely comprehensive test system, but also a series of compact systems for benchtop placement which are fully compatible with the larger, universal system. Our specialized self-test adapters and test software enable fast verification of the test systems as well as partly automated calibration by the customer.Our systems are also used in electrical measurement applications, e. g. for calibrating analog input assemblies for PLC technology. For this purpose, specialized calibrators are integrated into the system; they provide traceable calibration of the relevant stimulus signals.
