The SENresearch 4.0 is the new SENTECH spectroscopic ellipsometer. Every individual SENresearch 4.0 spectroscopic ellipsometer is a customer-specific configuration of spectral range, options and field upgradable accessories. SENresearch 4.0 uses fast FTIR ellipsometry for the NIR up to 2,500 nm or 3,500 nm, respectively. It provides broadest spectral range with best S/N ratio and highest, selectable spectral resolution. Silicon films up to 200 µm thickness can be measured. The measurement speed of FTIR ellipsometry compares to diode array configurations, which are also selectable up to 1,700 nm. The new motorized Pyramid Goniometer features an angle range from 20 deg to 100 deg. Optical encoders ensure highest precision and long term stability of angle settings. The spectroscopic ellipsometer arms can be moved independently for scatterometry and angle resolved transmission measurements.

Thorlabs' LLD1530 Frequency-Locked Laser is a narrow linewidth, DFB-laser-diode-based, turnkey system with a vacuum emission wavelength of 1532.8323 nm and a high SMSR of at least 35 dB. The laser frequency is actively stabilized to a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)-traceable molecular transition of acetylene and has an absolute accuracy at start-up that is better than ±25 MHz. The emission frequency immediately after start-up is then maintained with a ±25 MHz stability, providing an overall frequency accuracy of ±50 MHz. CX4000 – FTIR Gas Analyzer

EDXIR-Analysis Contaminant Finder/Material Inspector
EDXIR-Analysis software is specially designed to perform qualitative analysis using data acquired by an energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) fluorescence spectrometer and a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR). This software is used to perform an integrated analysis of data from FTIR, which is excellent at the identification and qualification of organic compounds, and from EDX, which is excellent at the elementary analysis of metals, inorganic compounds and other content. It then pursues identification results and the degree of matching. it can also be used to perform EDX or FTIR data analysis on its own. The library used for data analysis (containing 485 data as standard) is original to Shimadzu, and was created through cooperation with water supply agencies and food manufacturers. Additional data can be registered to the library, as can image files and document files in PDF format. It is also effective for the linked storage of various types of data as electronic files.
