The FD-11605 can measure up to eight channels with a voltage input range of ±60 V. It features 24-bit resolution with simultaneous sample rates up to 100 kS/s. The advanced development of new technologies, such as SiC and GaN, have opened the opportunity for more efficient and higher voltage/power performance in switching and power management circuits. Their high cutoff frequencies, low on-state resistance, and very high breakdown voltages can increase power supply power handling densities approaching hundreds of watts/inch. High Voltage Test Equipment
A hipot test is conducted by ensuring no current flows from one point to another on a circuit. A hipot test will take two conductors that should be isolated from one another and passes a high voltage between the two points. The current which flows between these points is then measured. If too much current flows, this would indicate that the points are not well isolated and the test will fail.
