Seismic Sensors & Transducers
Displacement Pickups are vibration transducers that incorporate a spring-mass system with eddy-current damping using a frictionless pivot. This pivot is a spring flexure that serves as the ‘spring’ and a moment arm attached to the pivot serves as the ‘mass’, which allows resolutions down to the micro inch range. At frequencies above 50Hz, the mass remains fixed in space and becomes an inertial reference. A transducer within the pickup senses the motion of the mounting base relative to the inertial reference and converts it into a proportional signal. Appropriate damping results in a frequency response flat down to 10 Hz. Note that the pickup senses in only one plane, which is perpendicular to the mounting base.

AC Voltage and Frequency Transducers
NMTU/F
The NMTU/F device is an AC voltage and frequency transducer with two independent analogous outputs. The A output measures AC voltage, the B output measures the frequency of input voltage. That´s why one single NMTU/F transducer is able to replace two customary transducers, thus making it possible to achieve significant savings in installation space.

Linear Motion Tandem Transducer
Columbia Research Laboratories
The Columbia Model LMT-50 is a unitized rugged package consisting of tandem linear variable differential transformers (LVDT's) with probe assembly. The LMT-50 is designed so that the likelihood of a single failure affecting both output signals is extremely improbable. The model LMT-50 offers flight proven performance, even in the most severe environments.

Pressure Controllers & Transducers
Alicat Scientific, Incorporated
Fast pressure controllers keep your process stable and repeatable. Alicat offers pressure controllers for use in flowing, dead-ended, or vacuum applications. Dual-valve models for closed volumes eliminate the need to continuously bleed expensive process gases. Instruments are available with absolute, gauge, or differential pressure sensors for pressure control as high as 3000 PSIA/PSIG (or 150 PSID) and as low as 2 inH₂O.

Ultrasound Transducers
Utilizing optical and semiconductor fabrication techniques, Imaginant manufactures the PureView PrecisionTM line of RoHS-compliant delay-line ultrasound transducers with center frequencies ranging from 50 MHz to 250 MHz (higher and lower transducer frequencies are also available). Imaginant's precision-manufacturing process produces transducers that exhibit high reliability and high uniformity from device to device. This manufacturing consistency enables uniform test system performance to be attained across multiple systems. Imaginant transducers are available in focused and flat-face models that can be produced with minimal-damping for applications requiring maximal sensitivity or with maximal-damping and high-bandwidth for applications requiring the highest-degree of temporal precision.

Transducer Test System
TTS-030
For the generation of unique bond links the use of high-quality components is an essential precondition. Despite all care in the production of ultrasonic transducers again and again unexpected effects occur, which only manifest themselves in the use of those transducers and which also have the reason in the transducer itself.
