Test Database Software Module
The relational test database is the pivotal point of the software structure. On one hand, this is where the test applications and test systems used for productive testing are stored; on the other hand, it provides the storage space for all DUT-related test data. Depending on customer requirements, the test database may either be hosted locally on the test system or centrally on a server, supporting several test systems. The database performance is sufficient for a high-volume production environment with many test systems which access the central database in parallel. LXinstruments prefers to implement the database as a license-free MySQL database; it is however also possible to realize a version based on Microsoft SQL.

The M8085A is a software plug-in for M8070A Bit Error Ratio Test system software within the M8000 series of BER test solutions. The M8085A software plug-in controls either the M8190A or the M8195A Arbitrary Waveform Generators to create C-PHY or D-PHY standard compliant test signals. In addition it provides routines for calibration of all signal parameters and for all tests specified in the applicable Conformance Test Suite. Together with the additional available DUT control interface it is possible to read the BER of the receiver under test from the M8070A software and display the BER dependency from test parameters within the M8070A user interface.

Cassegrain Antennas
In telecommunications and radar, a Cassegrain antenna is a parabolic antenna in which the feed antenna is mounted at or behind the surface of the concave main parabolic reflector dish and is aimed at a smaller convex secondary reflector suspended in front of the primary reflector. The beam of radio waves from the feed illuminates the secondary reflector, which reflects it back to the main reflector dish, which reflects it forward again to form the desired beam. JFT comprises a series of software modules that support boundary-scan test and programming activities under Python, National Instruments LabVIEW and Microsoft .NET framework. Active Monopole Antenna
AM-741
The 41 inch Monopole antenna is required for making electric field emission measurements below 60 MHz per Military standards (MIL-STD-461) and FAA (DO-160) specifications. This antenna is for emissions measurements only. It cannot be used for transmitting. The Active Monopole antenna is generally used in a shielded room or in a screen room, with the equipment under test (EUT) placed on a metal ground plane. The 41 inch rod and the ground plane behave electrically as though a mirror image of the rod were located below the ground, and the ground removed. Since the stainless steel plate does not have enough surface area to mirror the entire 41 inch rod, it is bonded to the surrounding ground plane during use. The AM-741 is battery powered to prevent measurement errors that maybe caused by external power cables. The ANSI equivalent capacitance substitution (ECSM) method is the recommended method for calibrating AM-741 monopole antenna. The individual calibration data will be included with each antenna.
