The frequency ranges are 1 GHz, 3 GHz, 6 GHz, 18 GHz, 26.5 GHz or 40 GHz respectively. A large variety of configuration possibilities makes the TDEMI X to the customized solution perfect fitting into your lab and to your application according to civil standards (e. g. JFT comprises a series of software modules that support boundary-scan test and programming activities under Python, National Instruments LabVIEW and Microsoft .NET framework.
