On-stream Analyzer
Boxray Flowstand
Our secondary sampling tanks, Boxray Flowstand, are fully automatic and are used with both the on-stream analyzers Boxray 24 and Boxray Compact. In addition to the streams being screened and flowing down to the analyzer, daily composite samples are collected. These composite samples flow down to special containers (pots) with perforated bottoms, where the water is drained from the samples, which makes work fast and effective for lab personnel.

ADLINK"s PXI-2022 is a simultaneous-sampling multi-function DAQ card to meet a wide range of application requirements for PXI bus computers. The device can simultaneously sample 16 AI channels with differential input configurations in order to achieve maximum noise elimination. If more analog input channels are required, multiple cards can be synchronized through the PXI Trigger bus. The PXI-2022 features digital triggering, 4-CH programmable digital I/O lines, and 2-CH 32-bit general-purpose timer/counter. The auto-calibration functions adjust the gain and offset to be within specified accuracies such that you do not have to adjust trim pots to calibrate the cards.

Hi Pot Meters
The HI Pot Device is designed to Hi Pot de-energized 15kV class cables. The tool transforms 18 Volts from the battery to approximately 8,000 volts DC. When the battery is installed and the safety switch is in the closed down position, the unit is in voltage detection mode. The unit should be in this position when installing the device, as it will sound a warning alarm if you approach an energized source. When the safety switch is lifted and the toggle switch is switched up, the unit is in the Hi-Pot mode and the high voltage DC is being applied.

MODEL TMO-2
The TMO-2 Transducer Modules is a complete differential amplifier/signal conditioners with self contained power. The units provide excitation, balance and span adjustment via precision 10 turn pots, and shunt calibration necessary to couple a user supplied bridge type transducer to an indicating instrument. Full scale output is specified at plus or minus 10 VDC. The TMO-2 provides a floating shunt calibration circuit which applies calibration at the transducer, thereby eliminating errors due to line losses. The excitation supply incorporates a Wagner Ground to greatly improve Common Mode Rejection. The factory set bandwidth of the module is narrow to improve stability for applications such as weighing scales. The removal of a single capacitor will increase the frequency response DC to 60K Hz for dynamic data applications.

The TA-6500 test fixture combines the features of the OEM's Instrument Servo Tester(T307962), the Pointer/Flag Test Fixture(T307951) and the AD-650/600 Test Panel(T334043) all into one panel to facilitate testing of these Attitude Director Indicator's. The panel switches and adjustment pots are labeled to match the test procedure numbers and the duplicity in marking makes it easier for the technician to understand each function. The UUT interface is through a 96 pin zero insertion force(ZIF) type connector to minimize contact wear. The expanded localizer and nav input pins J2-34/35 are exposed on the panel to facilitate the insertion of a 200 ohm shunt when required. The fixtures rear panel has connectors for the required dual API/Synchro transmitter interface while the panel switches provide the correct routing of each.
