The Model T300M CO analyzer measures low to mid ranges of carbon monoxide by comparing infrared energy absorbed by a sample to that absorbed by a reference gas according to the Beer-Lambert law. Using a Gas Filter Correlation Wheel, a high-energy IR light source is alternately passed through a CO filled chamber and a chamber with no CO present. The light path then travels through the sample cell, which has a folded path of 2.56 meters.The energy loss through the sample cell is compared with the span reference signal provided by the filter wheel to produce a signal proportional to concentration, with little effect from interfering gases within the sample. This design produces excellent zero and span stability and high signal to noise ratio, allowing excellent performance from low to high range.All T Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, flexible I/O, and built-in data acquisition capability. All instrument set up, control and access to stored data and diagnostic information is available through the front panel, or via RS232, Ethernet, or USB com ports, either locally or by remote connection.The Model T300M comes with NumaView™ Software. NumaView™ Remote PC Software allows for a remote connection with virtual interface and data downloading capability to analyzers operating NumaView™ Software.

The Quad RF Driver contains four independent RF channels, each with an RF synthesizer, variable attenuator, and 1W power amplifier. The RF signal can originate from either the internal synthesizer or an external source via SMA input. All channels have independent frequency, phase, and gain settings and can be operated in one of two modes. The “Wideband” mode operates from 35MHz to 2GHz with a 3.472KHz resolution; over this range the frequency roll-off is approximately 0.5dB/100MHz. “Int-N Phase Adjust” mode allows the user to set and maintain a fixed phase relationship between all four channels. This mode is designed to operate between 300 and 460MHz with a 2MHz resolution. Two additional inputs are provided for an external frequency reference and digital modulation.

An optical encoder is an electromechanical device which produces an electrical signal output proportional to the linear displacement of a linear guide or the angular position of an input shaft.Open encoders are exposed and feature no external integrated enclosure. The advantages of open optical encoders include the effective elimination of backlash, shaft wind-up (torsion) and other mechanical hysteresis errors.A rotary open optical encoder consists of a position measurement readhead and an accurate rotary scale marked either on the periphery of a ring or on the face of a disc.The readhead measures position by optically sensing the regularly-spaced scale markings and outputs this information as an analogue or digital signal.The signal is subsequently converted into a position reading by a digital readout (DRO) or motion controller.

It will accept single ended (Unbalanced) or differential (Balanced) signals with amplitudes as little as 100mV rms. The clock division is controlled by 4 shunt jumpers. The circuit can be disabled and the divide by counter reset with 2 control signals. The on board regulator will accept voltages from 4.85 to 15.0V. The output is capable of driving 700mV Peak to Peak into 50 Ohms.
