Full band down-converters are designed to convert high frequency millimeterwave signals down to the baseband at 10 MHz to 1.6 GHz. These down-converters deliver a superior performance since they are assembled with SAGE Millimeter’s instrumentation grade components, such as multipliers, amplifiers, filters, isolators, and more. The below standard offering covers the frequency range of 26.5 to 170 GHz and delivers a typical LO power of 3 dBm and conversion gain of 20 dB. The new ERF-5W™ filter takes Pole/Zero’s MINI-ERF® technology to a higher level of RF power handling, with 5W (average) in-band power handling, and covering the entire military tactical radio tuning range of 30-520 MHz in one integrated package. This tunability is accomplished by the use of three poles of selectivity, multiple internal tunable filters along with high performance PIN diode RF band select switches. The tunable filters are designed to minimize size and power consumption, while maintaining high RF power handling and linearity characteristics. Serial control is accomplished via a standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)-based bus.

The PWF series is a family of programmable AC power source with wide range of adjustable frequency, developed for aerospace or military’s 400Hz and 800Hz test applications, such as lab use, compliance test, and quality assurance. The PWF series consists of L series and M series, which have different output frequency range. L series provides 45~500Hz and 0~300V output, and M series provides 300~800Hz and 0-150V output. Ku Band Gain Control Amplifier
Expanding Teledyne RF & Microwave's existing line of high frequency amplifiers, microwave gain controllable amplifiers are designed and biased for critical performance applications. One example covers 10-13 GHz, offers 45 dB unattenuated small signal gain with 15 dB attenuation range. Typical gain flatness is ±0.5 dB, +35 dBm third order intercept point, +22 dBm minimum 1-dB gain compression, and 3.5 dB unattenuated noise figure 4.5 dB at full attenuation. A new evaluation system for measuring the material strength of micro regions, such as semiconductors, LSI, ceramics, hard disks, vapor deposited films, and thin coating layers, not addressed by previous hardness testers. It can also be used to evaluate the hardness of plastics and rubbers. This instrument uniquely measures dynamic indentation depth, not the indentation after the test. This in turn permits measurement of very thin films and surface (treatment) layers that are impossible to measure with conventional methods.
