Track Select Panel

A universal master HDG/OBS selector panel with heading synchro transmitter, To/From meter and precision track selector. This panel requires a customer supplied RMI. Panel test jacks allow for external use of both the Hdg transmitter and precision resolver. This standard panel will allow by the book testing and mates directly with TA-5. Collins Radar Fixture with Gyro Simulator
TA-3A/B
This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated. Included is a panel mounted TA-902 API which can also be used for testing external instruments via a panel mounted switch. The API and standard meter drives allow testing many different instruments.

This is our standard power supply board used in many of our testers but also available separately. This board is capable of +/-15v, +10 and +5v outputs. Also contained on board is our standard meter drive circuitry for testing instrument meters, a two-pole relay and an option for a sine/cosine oscillator circuit.

Becker Transponder Test Fixture
TA-3400
This transponder test fixture is specific to the requirements for testing Becker Avionics Transponders and provides interface connectors for both the panel mount and remote systems. The panel also provides switches to implement Gillham code altitude as well as separate interfaces for an external parallel or serial encoder. The panel will interface with the RMU 5000 or standard control head. This fixture also comes with voltage and current meters along with an internal dimming source. This panel comes in the standard 19 inch rack width and measures 12 inches in depth.

Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture
TA-334001
The TA-334001 is a Dual Servo Electrical Test Fixture made to be an equivalent substitute for the Honeywell test fixture T-334001. The test fixture front panel duplicates all the proper switch numbers and descriptions so the technician can follow by the book testing. The panel overlay text is reverse screened (backside) to insure that text quality will not degrade over time. All the appropriate test jacks are provided on the panel for servo pin and bracket breakouts. This fixture provides for the switching of motor direction, clutch, tach selection, synchro selection, limit switching and polarity relays. Panel meters are provided on the test fixture so that the technician can monitor the servomotor voltage as well as clutch voltage and current.
