SMT Adapters
Ironwood’s SMT package emulation adapters are often called “surface mount feet” or “emulator bases”. These adapters provide access and interconnections to surface mount lands. Typically, the adapters are soldered to the target board in place of the IC device and provide a pluggable array of pins interface for sockets, probing adapters, package converters, and even board-to-board connections. These adapters are often utilized as a base for many of our probing adapter products. We constantly innovate to provide the most reliable, cost effective interfaces available. For example, many of our PLCC, QFP and SOIC emulation bases use our proprietary shaped solder techniques, replacing expensive, and often fragile, J-lead and Gull Wing leads. Shaped solder parts are easily fluxed and reflowed onto the target system. Our emulator bases can present either a male or female interface at 1.27mm or 1mm or 0.8mm pitch gold plated array pins for pluggable connection.

All Al2O3 sensors share the same basic operating principle: the capacitance measured between the sensor’s aluminum core and gold film deposited on the oxide layer varies with the water content. The 8800 series moisture sensor employs unique Hyper Thin Film (HTF) technology, which offers three major structural improvements in Al2O3 sensor design. Waveguide Bends
Fairview Microwave’s lines of precision waveguide bends are widely used in applications such as high efficiency RF, microwave and mm-wave transmissions, satellite and military communications, radar, telecom, instrumentation and test benches. In waveguide systems that require a signal to turn or bend 90 degrees, Fairview’s waveguide bends are used to facilitate that bend or turn without degrading the transmission signal. These WG bends operate from 5.85 GHz to 90 GHz across 12 frequency bands and are available in sizes from WR-12 to WR-137. This family of waveguide bends also boast low loss and VSWR as low as 1.08:1 and are available in both E-plane and H-plane configurations. They are constructed using gold plated, oxygen free hard copper (OFHC) or painted copper alloy depending on the model and are also offered with either a UG-style flange per the military standard or a CPR-style flange. Model T300U
The Model T300U Trace-level CO analyzer has been developed specifically to address the challenges of low level monitoring as required, for example, in the US NCore network. Using IR absorption with a Gas Filter Correlation Wheel, the T300U is designed to allow ultra-sensitive CO measurements while still meeting the requirements for use as a US EPA compliance analyzer.The optical bench is enclosed in a temperature controlled oven, dramatically decreasing instrument noise and drift. The objective and field mirrors in the sample cell are gold plated to maximize signal to noise performance, while a temperature-controlled Nafion dryer on the inlet minimizes water interference caused by ambient humidity changes. Periodically, the T300U seamlessly corrects its baseline by routing the sample through a heated catalytic CO scrubber. This Auto Reference function corrects zero drift and reduces the effect of interferences.All T Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, flexible I/O, and built-in data acquisition capability.
