RES2DINV software is designed to interpolate and interpret field data of electrical geophysical prospecting (2D sounding) of electrical resistivity (conductivity) and induced polarization. The Portable optical DO meter makes use of the fast-response optical DO sensor RINKO, maintaining its high-speed response performance (99% response < 7sec). The meter probe is equipped with a temperature sensor close to the sensing foil, and the measurements are made by simply inserting the probe into a DO sample bottle (the calibration is carried out using the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ) certified traceable gases standards). Differently from galvanic electrode sensors, the instrument does not require water sample stirring or fixing reagents, since there is no oxygen consumption. Thus, the required time to estimate dissolved oxygen is considerably reduced. The display unit shows the output instantaneously, and you can check the measured values in real time.

The PRF-922B Miniature Two Point probe accurately measures point-to-point resistance of small areas. Like Prostat's PRF-912B Miniature Concentric Ring, the PRF-922B is capable of measurements up to 1.0x1012 ohms. Built-in distance stops provide consistent electrode to sample pressure for developing repeatable measurements. Use the PRF-922B to measure small material samples, hard to assess molded areas, edges of parts, tray or tape cells and other very small objects and surfaces. The assembly is supplied with replaceable conductive electrode covers to enhance contact resistance on irregular surfaces and composition materials. Thus, measurements may be made with either the gold plated electrode contacts, or via conductive rubber covers.

The TAURUS PRECIOHM ET is one of the specially designed products by TAURUS to measure earth resistivity and earth resistance in a power station. These tests are performed based on 4 point (Wenner) and 3 point (fall of potential) methods respectively. All electrical equipment in the substation and power stations are electrically connected to station earth mat with earth electrodes. The earth electrode ensures that in the event over voltage on the system due to system fault or lighting discharges etc., the parts of the equipment which are normally ”dead” as far as voltages are concerned; do not attain dangerously high potentials. An earth electrode will only be effective so long it has a low resistance to the earth and can carry large currents without deteriorating. Thus the resistance of earth electrode should be low to give good protection and it must be continuously measured and monitored in all the substations and power stations.
